I've lead change communications for over 25 years and led more than 30 major transformation programmes across financial services, pharma, energy, tech, and life sciences sectors – from 400-employee companies to global organisations of 100,000 people. I've coached leaders through mergers, digital transformations, restructures, and culture changes. So I have a pretty good idea about what you're going through.
